Credit Cards on File

At Glow Medical, we’re all about keeping things breezy and beautiful. To ensure your spot in the relaxation zone, we kindly ask for a card on file. This little buddy serves as your ticket to book appointments, is a deposit for treatments, and stands guard against no-shows. Don’t worry, it’s securely stored and only used when necessary. So, let’s keep the vibes glowing and the appointments on point.

Cancellation Policy

So, you’ve got a hot date with Netflix and pajamas instead of us? We get it – priorities, right? Just give us a ring-a-ding-ding at least 24 hours before your appointment, and we’ll try not to shed too many tears. If you do not give us at least 24 hours notice, you will be charged depending on your appointment type.

No-Show Policy

Ah, the disappearing act! Abracadabra – and just like that, poof, you’re gone. Well, it’s not exactly magic to us. If you decide to ghost us, we will have to dust off the ol’ fee card. Fair warning – it’s not our favorite party trick. If you no show your appointment you will be charged depending on your appointment type.

Fashionably Late?

Better late than never, right? Not exactly. While we appreciate the dramatic entrance, we’re kinda into this whole punctuality thing. If you are fashionably (10-15) minutes late to your appointment you will be charged depending on your appointment type and you may be asked to reschedule.

Disregarding Pre-Appointment Instructions

Hey, we don’t make these rules just for kicks! Ignoring those pre-appointment do’s and don’ts? Not cool. Help us help you get the most out of your appointment experience! If you cannot be seen due to not following pre appointment instructions you will be charged depending on your appointment type and you may be asked to reschedule.

Last-Minute Appointment Changes

Feeling a sudden urge to switch things up? We understand the thrill of spontaneity! Just let us know ASAP (24 hours in advance) if you want to change your appointment type last minute. We’ll do our best to accommodate your impromptu decisions without giving our planners a headache.

Skincare purchases

At Glow Medical, we believe in only carrying the best of the best when it comes to skincare — because you deserve nothing less! But we get it, sometimes things just don’t vibe with your skin. If that happens, don’t worry, we’ve got a simple return policy to keep things smooth:

  1. 30 Days: Take 30 days from the moment your order arrives to decide if it’s a match made in skincare heaven. No rush, just glowing decisions! ✨

  2. 75% Left, No Less: If you’ve used more than 25% of the product, we can’t take it back. To keep it fair, we need at least 75% remaining to process a return. 

  3. Store Credit Only: Returns = store credit. You’ll get a credit to spend on your next perfect product or service— we’ve got tons of top-tier options, and we’re confident you’ll find your next favorite!

  4. The Fine Print: Some products (because of health and safety reasons) aren’t eligible for returns. (Latisse, Upneeq)
