Eye cream on the upper eyelid

For years I have been faithfully applying eye cream to my under eye area trying to stave off bags, circles, and loose skin. It does help and it does matter. You should start using an eye cream in your late 20’s (that’s usually about the time you can actually afford a good one).

Prevention is worth a pound of cure!

I have discussions with my patients all the time about their upper eyelids sagging, and what they can do about it. Most of the time they are a stone’s throw away from needing surgery to correct! What if we actually starting using eye cream on the upper lid?

It makes sense. No wonder that skin ages so much. We never do anything to help it!

It takes 2 seconds to swipe some cream up there and I would suggest also using SPF on this area as well.

I would suggest using Biopelle Tensage Stem Cell Eye Cream on the upper eye-lid. It’s not greasy and won’t cause problems under your eye makeup. It helps with collagen formation, and improves elasticity and skin thickness.

The eye skin is thinner than the rest of the skin of the face so it needs more TLC. More good news is that peel technology is becoming more sophisticated and there are peels designed for the delicate eye skin. A series of 4 at Glow Medical is $299 and worth every penny! Don’t forget to treat your upper eyelids when taking fabulous care of the skin. You can have some control in the changes that happen with aging. You just have to take charge!
