PDO Max Threads
The Threads

The Needle
PDO threads use small needles to insert thinner-than-hair, absorbable threads under the skin. No need for big incisions or invasive procedures.
The Lift
Once underneath the skin, a trained Provider will navigate the thread into position. The needle is then removed, leaving the thread engaged, which will re-approximate the tissue, and over time stimulate collagen growth.
Recovery & Results
Minor inflammation and bruising may occur in the first few days, but this usually resolves after a week. The PDO threads dissolve after six to nine months, but their effects can last up to two years, thanks to the production of collagen.

What to expect—for filler, botox, laser and medical services.
Coming to a medical aesthetic facility can be intimidating. We want to make it less intimidating!
Ultimately we want to give you your best result possible. No matter your goals we want to work with you to help you be as refreshed and beautiful as possible.
As a new patient to our facility you will need to complete a medical history for us. While what we do may primarily be in your face or skin your entire medical history is vital for us to give you the best care possible. Medical conditions and medications impact the skin and the procedures we do to a significant degree. While aesthetics is fun it is also serious business and we always take your health and safely seriously. You can complete those forms in our office or ahead of time virtually.
We will be taking your photos. Don’t panic! You don’t have to be “photo ready”. In fact more than likely we are going to ask you to pull your hair back or put a headband on for your pictures. For neuromodulator (Botox & Dysport) photos you will be able to leave your make up on. For filler photos we will be removing your makeup or you can come in with a clean face (SPF is ok though).
We will be using your photography to track your progress, so you can see your results, and to assist in our consultation process.
You can choose to do a consultation with or without treatment at your first visit. For those of you who are ready to go we are too! And for those of you who are just wanting to obtain information and see what your plan of care might look like we can do that too. For some procedures that may have to take more planning a consultation is recommended before treatment.
We also will provide ahead of time pre and post-care instructions. Depending on how far out you book your appointment you will receive those in a text or via phone call. Many of them are also located on our website.
For medical procedures all patients will receive a medical evaluation by our Nurse Practitioner either in clinic or virtually. This is so your medical history can be reviewed and you can be cleared for your plan of care.
For some services we take photos before and after your service and for other we will ask you to return in a couple weeks for follow up photography.
